Shipping and Returns

All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. All orders aim to be processed and shipped within 1 working day of ordering.
At this time only delivery within the UK is available.

Please note a signature is required to receive your order, someone will need to be at home on the scheduled delivery date otherwise you may need to arrange another time to attempt redelivery.

If you are not satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return any items (excluding sale items) to Daniel Crabtree within 14 days of being dispatched.

Please note: all shipping costs will need to be paid for by the customer. You are responsible for the return shipping and we highly advise you to obtain a proof of posting in the form of a tracking number. Daniel Crabtree is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach the returns address.

Once we receive your returned product(s) we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition with all the original tags still attached. All returns aim to be processed within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
It may take several days for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit provider. If you are awaiting a refund, please check your bank statement to confirm any pending transactions. If you are still awaiting the refund please contact your bank or credit provider in the first instance before contacting the studio:

Sale items are not eligible for refund. 
Discounts outside of Sale are included in the general Returns Policy. 

Exchanges (where applicable)
Items may be exchanged or replaced where defective. If you need to exchange an item please email:

Returns shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are broadly non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to a fault or defect where no replacement is available, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Time taken for exchanges to be processed and shipped will vary depending on location of shipping.

If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or accept any liability for missing returns.
